The name of this cheddar interprets as Three Milk Cheese from The Cave of the Sun. This one of a kind cheddar is produced using a mix of cow, goat and sheep's milk. It is matured for a half year and, during that time, its skin is scoured with olive oil. Tres Leches is exceptionally delightful, velvety and nutty, with a smooth, firm surface. It offers a lot of flavor yet isn't sufficiently able to insult somebody with a sensitive sense of taste.
