Honey Crisp Apples
Honeycrisp, also known as Honey Crisp, is a new apple variety that was produced in the 1960s. Their crisp, aromatic white flesh is beautifully crisp. Honeycrisp apples have a good sweet-tart taste that varies in intensity depending on the maturity of the apple due to a balanced sugar and acid content. Honeycrunch is another name for Honeycrisp. Honeycrisp is a medium-to-large apple with a greenish/yellow background that is often coated in a red-orange flush with a strong hint of pink if grown in full sun.
